注（zhù）意：為了獲得（dé）良好的性能和延（yán）長伸縮縫的使（shǐ）用壽命，必須考慮以（yǐ）下建（jiàn）議。 
Fixedpoints 
固定點 
Anexpansionjointactsasapistonbytheforcesarisingfromtheinternalpressure.Topreventthepipesfromdamagetheyaretobeproperlyanchoredinordertotakecareofthesereactionforces(Fr). 
橡膠接頭由內部壓力（lì）產生的力作用（yòng）於（yú）活塞，為了防止管道受到損壞，必須將（jiāng）管道固定起來，以處理這（zhè）些反（fǎn）作（zuò）用力（FR）。

Installation

可旋轉的金屬法蘭，使安（ān）裝更容易，消除扭曲。 
ThelowinherentrigidityofSungkiangexpansionjointsmakeforeasieraccommodationofinstallationdimensions. 
為方便調節安裝尺寸使淞江橡膠接頭（tóu）固有的低剛度。 
Checkthepermissiblemovements,temperature,pressureandproperrubberqualitybeforeinstallation! 
安裝前先檢查管道（dào）的活動範圍（wéi），溫度，壓力和對應的橡膠材質！ 
Theexpansionjointsshallbeeasilyaccessibleandopentoregularsupervision.Ltisrecommendedtolettheexpansionjointsworkincompressionratherthanstretching.Torsionisnotpermitted. 
橡膠接頭應很容易的定期檢查。我建議橡（xiàng）膠接頭（tóu）的工（gōng）作是壓縮，而不是拉伸，更不允許扭轉。

保養須知：每月要觀察橡（xiàng）膠接（jiē）頭是否超（chāo）位移拉（lā）長，保持橡膠接頭在正常長度（dù）內使用。

Mounting 
安裝 
Inordertoprovidethemovementcapabilitiesindicatedindicatedinthetechnicalspecifications,theassemblyboltsshouldbemountedwithboltsheadstowardsexpansionjintbody.(1) 
Ifthisisforanyreasonimpossible,ensurethatthethreadedboltsprojectaslittleaspossible(nomorethan2or3mm)toavoiddamagetothebody. 
為了保證伸縮能力，技術安裝說明，裝配螺栓應安裝螺栓頭朝橡膠（jiāo）管反（fǎn）方向。（1） 
如果無法朝橡膠管反方向（xiàng）安裝螺栓，那麽就需要確（què）保螺紋螺栓盡量少（shǎo）（不超過2毫米或3mm），以避免損壞身體。

在錨杆壓力均（jun1）勻分布的斜交序列中，必須采用漸進（jìn）式和橫向式。

橡膠接頭的設計保證了對法（fǎ）蘭的密封，這就是為（wéi）什麽不需（xū）要（yào）密封墊圈的原因（yīn）。 
Note:Iftheboltsandnutsaretightenedtoostrongly,thesealingfacemightbecrushedcausingfunction! 
注意：如果螺栓和螺母擰緊過大，密封麵可能被壓碎導致（zhì）漏水（shuǐ）！ 
Counterflanges 
反法（fǎ）蘭 
Itisveryimportantforthesafeoperatingandlifeexpectancyoftheexpansionjointtomakeaproperinstallationofthecounterflanges(Fig.2to5).Thesealingfaceofthecounterflangemustbemachinedsmoothandcovermostoftherubbersealingface(oratleast60%)toensureagoodsealing(Fig.2). 
正確安裝防側法蘭對橡膠接頭的安全運行（háng）和壽命是非常重要的（圖2*5）。對法蘭密封麵要加（jiā）工光滑，覆蓋大部分的橡膠（jiāo）密封麵（*少80%）確保良好的密封（圖2）。

不要塗或潤滑橡膠接頭的橡膠部件！ 
Whenweldingworkistotakeplacethebellowhastobeprotectedfromweldingheatandsparks! 
當焊接工作發生時，橡（xiàng）膠管體必須防止焊接發熱和火（huǒ）花！
